What We Do
Two complementary engines—Capital Advisory and Project Development—so projects are both financed and built on solid ground.
Capital Advisory
We lead capital raising and structuring for real-asset projects through to financial close.
We:
- Originate and refine capital strategies for greenfield and operating assets
- Structure project finance, debt, and equity packages around risk allocation and cash-flow profile
- Run investor and lender processes with disciplined information flow and negotiation
- Coordinate advisors (technical, legal, tax) toward a financeable close
Typical workstreams
| Workstream | Description |
|---|---|
| Capital strategy | Define sources, instruments, and sequencing |
| Structuring | Term sheets, SPV / security package contours, risk matrix |
| Debt raising | Banks, DFIs, and other debt providers as appropriate |
| Equity raising | Sponsors, funds, and strategic capital |
| Process to close | Diligence coordination, documentation support, closing management |
We structure and raise capital. We do not “connect parties” and step aside.
Project Development
We originate and advance projects—from early concept through permitting and development management.
We:
- Originate project opportunities with credible offtake, site, and technology pathways
- Manage permitting, stakeholder, and early-stage development workstreams
- Provide development management alongside sponsors through critical milestones
- Align development progress with capital-raising readiness
Typical workstreams
| Workstream | Description |
|---|---|
| Origination | Opportunity screening and mandate definition |
| Permitting | Planning, environmental, and regulatory pathways |
| Development management | Schedule, budget discipline, counterparties, milestones |
| Bankability | Technical and commercial readiness for financing |
How the engines work together
Capital and development are rarely sequential in isolation. Navaya can lead on one engine or both—so structure reflects the real state of the project, and development work is sequenced to what lenders and equity require.
